We are Vince and Vern Montgomery and we are calorie teachers. In fact, we are the world's first calorie teachers - and we believe we are the best.

We teach individuals, schools, businesses, or groups about calories and about how our calorie-controlled diet - the sundiet - can help people to lose weight. We are calorie teachers and we are so passionate about the health of the population, that we are even taking our case to MPs to show them how the sundiet works and how it can lead the fight against obesity.

It has been our life's work to come up with this diet, and yet it is so simple. And what we have devised is a simple way to lose weight.
