These guides show you how to work out how many calories your already eating so you can then change your habits only after you are aware of what they are now... today!....then you can make these changes, tomorrow!... next week!.. and for life!

Why should I count calories?
Most of us think of dieting as a long hard slog with disappointing weigh-ins and endless weeks of chewing on seeds and salads, then when you stop dieting like this the weight just piles back on!
The Sundiet is about calorie control, meaning you take control of the calories opposed to the calorie taking control of you.
All food and drinks have calories these calories are what helps to make your body function properly and also control your body weight, for example if you eat more calories than you burn daily, weekly. Or monthly then you will gain weight, if you eat the same amount of calories as you burn each day then you will maintain the same weight, likewise, if you eat less calories than you burn you will lose weight however if you exercise as well you can burn off more calories and therefore lose weight quicker. So that is why it is wise to know what calories you are on at the moment.. today! Yesterday! and tomorrow!
